The application

Viledon® H-Pleat M 8 pleated filters meet all requirements for installation into standard air handling systems as to frame dimensions, depth, and filter per formance.

The characteristics

• Viledon® H-Pleat M 8 filters are the per fect upgrade from disposables, poly me dias, or lower efficiency pleated filters.

• The Viledon® H-Pleat M 8 is a pleated filter with 14 pleats per linear foot.

• The 100 % synthetic gradient media will not absorb moisture and does not sup port microbial growth. The media is also resistant to most common chemicals.

• The double wall two-piece frame is made from high wet strength bever age board for enhanced robustness.

• Pleats supported with 30-gauge galva nized expanded metal to ensure pleat stability over life of filter.

• Media pack completely bonded to frame.

• Temperature resistance: 180 ˚F with peaks to 225 ˚F.

• Maximum humidity: 100 % RH
